The Association is proud to announce this year’s Fall 2023 Training Conference with our shared theme of Moving Forward: Ready, Set, Grow. The conference is being held in Sacramento at the Holiday Inn Downtown - Arena from September 11-14. We have tried to offer a wide selection of classes as well as a few new entertaining surprises that are sure to please.

Online registration for the conference will open on Monday, June 12, 2023 and will be available for sale until August 21, 2023. Please note: this event will be completely in-person.
Any registrants on the day of the event will notice a significant increase in fees as noted below. Pricing tiers for this year are as follows.
Weekly Pricing
The Monday cocktail party, Tuesday luncheon and Wednesday social event at the Punch Bowl are included in the weekly pricing. Guest tickets for the luncheon and social event can be purchased separately.

Two-Day Pricing
We have added two-day tickets for those wishing to attend Monday & Tuesday, Tuesday & Wednesday, or Wednesday & Thursday. We are not offering 3-day tickets as the price is more expensive than a weekly ticket.
The pricing for two-day tickets for Monday/Tuesday and Tuesday/Wednesday is as follows (Tuesday Luncheon is included):

- Aug. 5 – Aug. 21 Regular Registration: $395
- At Conference (limited availability): $445
The pricing for two-day ticket for Wednesday/Thursday is as follows:

Additional Ticket Pricing for Guests
If you wish to purchase a Tuesday luncheon ticket for a guest, please email info@capapgpc.org and someone will be able to assist you. Pricing for these tickets is below.
- Tuesday Luncheon Meal, Guest: $60 (Not available at Conference)
- Wednesday Evening Social Event @ Punch Bowl, Guest: $65 (Not available at Conference)
Please Note: Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, penalty fees will be as follows:
- Before Aug. 21: All fees will be reimbursed but a $25 administrative fee will apply
- On or After Aug. 21: There will be no refunds.
Hotel Accommodations
- The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Downtown - Arena in Sacramento, CA
- Room block rates are locked in at $154 +taxes/per night.
- A link to our room block will be sent out after you register.
Additionally, parking options at the hotel are as follows:
- On-Site Parking: Parking fee is added to the room charge daily. Express parking is $30 daily.
- Parking Garage: City garage parking is $20 daily. The city garage is located directly behind the hotel. There are some spots that have time restrictions so please be aware of any parking notices when you go into the garage.
