The Association is proud to announce this year’s Fall 2024 Conference with our shared theme of Celebrating Service. The conference is being held in Orange County at the Hyatt Regency Orange County from September 23 - 26. We have tried to offer a wide selection of classes as well as a few new entertaining surprises that are sure to please.

Online registration for the conference will open on Monday, June 10, 2024 and will be available for sale until September 02, 2024. Please note: this event will be completely in-person.

Any registrants on the day of the event will notice a significant increase in fees as noted below. Pricing tiers for this year are as follows.

The Tuesday Luncheon is now sold out and any registrations on after 8/8/24 do not include Luncheon tickets. Updated Pricing as of 08/08/24:

Jun. 10 – Aug.16 Early Bird Registration: Member $400
Aug. 17 – Sept. 2 Regular Registration: Member $450
At Conference (limited availability): Member $500

Daily Pricing

Jun. 10 – Aug.16 Early Bird Registration: Member $225
Aug. 17 – Sept. 2 Regular Registration: Member $270

Two-Day Pricing

We have added two-day tickets for those wishing to attend Monday & Tuesday, Tuesday & Wednesday, or Wednesday & Thursday. We are not offering 3-day tickets as the price is more expensive than a weekly ticket.

Jun. 10 – Aug.16 Early Bird Registration: Member $340
Aug. 17 – Sept. 2 Regular Registration: Member $390
At Conference (limited availability): Member $440

Please Note: Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, penalty fees will be as follows:

Before Sept. 2: All fees will be reimbursed but a $25 administrative fee will apply
On or After Sept. 2: There will be no refunds.

Hotel Accommodations (Room Block Closed as of E.O.D. 08/23/24)

The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, CA
Room block rates are locked in at $184 + taxes/per night.
A link to our room block will be sent out after you register.
Our room block cutoff date is 8/23/24.

Additionally, parking options at the hotel are as follows:

On-Site Parking: Parking fee is $38 daily and overnight fee is $28.00
