The Association is proud to announce the 2025 Training Conference with our shared theme: Power of Purpose!

The conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento from April 13-16, 2026. We will be offering a wide selection of advanced level classes, some basics for new employees, as well as a few new entertaining surprises that are sure to please.

Online registration for the conference will open on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 and will be available for sale until March 20, 2026. Please note: this event will be completely in-person.

Any registrants on the day of the event will notice a significant increase in fees as noted below. Pricing tiers for this year are as follows.

Please Note: Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, penalty fees will be as follows:

Before March 20: All fees will be reimbursed but a $25 administrative fee will apply
On or After March 20: There will be no refunds.

Hotel Accommodations

The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento in Sacramento, CA
Room block rates are locked in at $239/night + applicable taxes/fees
- Resort fee includes self-parking for 1 standard size car, access to guest WiFi in room, fitness center access, in-room coffee/tea, bicycle usage & golf storage)

Our room block cutoff date is 03/20/2026.

Additionally, parking options at the hotel are as follows:

Valet: $45 per day/night
Daytime Self-Parking: $25 per day
